Delivery information and Shipping Fees
Once you have completed your delivery information in checkout, shipping fees will be calculated based on your order’s weight and destination.
Local delivery
(HONG KONG)
For local delivery, your package will be shipped by SF Express within 3 working days and delivery fees are HKD25.00.
International delivery
For International delivery, we use FEDERAL EXPRESS
Returns & refunds
Returns
- In case you changed your mind, we accept returns on clean and unused products.
(If the outer box is damaged, we will deduct the replacement box from your refund). - You can return your item within 30 days upon receipt of your parcel.
- You will bear shipping return costs to Boutique Garden®.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you by email.
- Refund will be credited to your original form of settlement within 10 days.

Damaged items
Sometimes packages get damaged during transit. Please notify our team with supporting images within 10 days upon receipt by email. We will gladly send a replacement.
In case the item is no longer available we will refund your order.
